1. Welcome to Trade Canify
Welcome to Trade Canify. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trade Canify platform, website, and associated trading automation software (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Beta Software Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that Trade Canify is currently in a "Beta" testing phase. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. The software may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption, or loss of data and/or information, including the disruption of automated trading executions.
1.2 Intellectual Property and Strict Prohibition on Reverse Engineering
Trade Canify and all of its original content, features, underlying algorithms, and functionality are owned by Trade Canify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Under no circumstances shall you:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Trade Canify software, its API, or any underlying infrastructure.
- Extract, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate our backtesting frameworks, automation logic, or proprietary algorithms.
- Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software.
Any attempt to do so is a strict violation of our rights and will result in immediate termination of your account and pursuit of maximum legal damages.
1.3 User Responsibilities and API Key Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any third-party broker API keys you integrate with Trade Canify. We are not liable for any unauthorized trades, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to secure your API keys.
1.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction designated to the courts of Kerala, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
